We were expecting them to be pretty bad given the low price but they surprised us by how much worse they actually were. We had no issues with paper tension, but there is minimal or no tension support. We spent a lot of time making everything look perfectly centered, but when tightened it shrinks away from the center. It still felt like sanding an oval or even a square, but we got the job done that we needed.

I didn't give this purchase much thought and thought it was something new. I love it when I'm wrong about things like this, especially when it's in my favor! I just ordered my WEN drill press and was trying to add accessories to it. Although I use it with my drill press, I use it even more in my regular drill. Another great product from WEN that has turned out to be the most used brand in my shop. Thank you VEN!

I have purchased several WEN tools and have been pleased with their quality and price. I was hoping these are the same. First, THE MANUAL IS WRONG. The nut at the top of the spindle is either left hand or reverse (reverse) threaded. The instructions show the usual path "right-handed-strong - left-handed-weak". NOT CORRECT.
