I have purchased several WEN tools and have been pleased with their quality and price. I was hoping these are the same. First, THE MANUAL IS WRONG. The nut at the top of the spindle is either left hand or reverse (reverse) threaded. The instructions show the usual path "right-handed-strong - left-handed-weak". NOT CORRECT. After figuring out the schematic by trying one of the looser spindles, I found that the nut on the largest spindle was cross-threaded. The spindle was fried. Instead, I used a carriage bolt. Not at all what I expected.
