I opened the box and wanted to put on the eyebrow trimmer but it was too small. All the attachments that came with it were too small, they were meant for a smaller device. I called Conair customer service and after 45 minutes of waiting (while using my Conair hair dryer, straightener and curling iron) I was told I would pay for the return shipping and include the $5 return shipping fee to make the right investment to obtain. Absolutely funny! I pay $22 for a product that turns out to be defective when opened and they expect me to pay $10 to fix it. I am returning it through Revain and will never buy a Conair product again.
