Since I've had it; it did not work. I have used several brands of batteries and nothing has happened. I want it replaced with one that works properly or I get my money back.

Good until cleaned, some parts that need to be assembled don't fit together and the one piece part that covers the blade is plastic and will break! Research the best product!

I've seen several reviews that other attachments don't fit. I thought the same thing, but then realized the part underneath the one on it had been ripped off to match the other attachments. I uploaded the photos and circled the part that needs to be removed. Not a great design, but still a good product. This is the only trimmer I've found that doesn't cut through skin. That in itself is amazing. I've only used it 3 times so I can't comment on durability yet.

Best purchase I've ever made, easy to use, interchangeable heads; Eyebrow trimmer alone is so easy to use and what's different. I also use it to remove facial hair, makeup goes on smoother and I have less acne. This little thing will save me a bunch of bucks on waxing. I recommend it to anyone who makes wax.

I opened the box and wanted to put on the eyebrow trimmer but it was too small. All the attachments that came with it were too small, they were meant for a smaller device. I called Conair customer service and after 45 minutes of waiting (while using my Conair hair dryer, straightener and curling iron) I was told I would pay for the return shipping and include the $5 return shipping fee to make the right investment to obtain. I have decided to stop using a regular razor as shaving often cut my varicose veins. I'm in my 70's and this electric shaver is much easier to use. This product works well, it's easy to hold and my armpits are getting used to it. The first few times I used it, my armpit skin was sensitive. But now everything is fine. So far so good. It's easy to use and much cheaper than waxing. Eyebrows are a little tricky to work with, but I'm learning.
