The product does not conform to any "train" in any way, shape or form as it is non-uniform Construction. At the edges and in the middle are three lumpy weighted spots of "crunchy" "stones". They generally dislike being deformed and refuse to maintain a specific shape or conform to a range of pulls. The rest of the product is filled with an ultra-lightweight amorphous polyfill fiber. It can be grated into any shape you want; When released, it returns to its original tubular shape so as not to fill any crack-like spots. The lack of homogeneity creates alarmingly more gaping air gaps at the interface of these two vastly different materials. Since it's "kind of a round tube shape," it doesn't really want to match the "square" shape of a floor gap on your door, but rather echo the round shape. With a lack of mass, any air flow will force the light sections out of contact with the floor or door surfaces. If your door is less than 36 inches long, any attempt to bend, fold, or convert the product into an effective shorter windshield is useless. Take a pair of old socks without holes; fill with sandy material; throw under the door. It MAY NOT be as attractive as this little embroidered snowflake door snake, but it will do the job that this product just can't do properly. Finally, the ad says you can choose brown or black from the drop-down menu. There is no drop down menu. Not before the payment process (which happens immediately), not during or after. You will receive everything that is sent to you. Maybe they don't even brown. I don't need black. The only good news is that this is such a cheap purchase that you probably won't even feel the urge to return it or get your money back. That was my plan, thank god. I'm sure they count on it. Hopefully the cats will eventually take an interest in it and tear it up, so I might as well try to make it work.
