I really don't like this keyboard. There are a number of general problems with it. 1) In general, this is a fairly weak device; 2) The buttons are soft and it's hard to tell if they've been pressed as there is no feedback (like a click). 3) If you enter the wrong code, the device will stop responding to further attempts. This can be annoying; I often have to unlock the door using the phone app. 4) battery discharge is quite significant; Be prepared to change the battery 8 times a year. 5) Unreliable firmware update process. If you stand near the keyboard, the application cannot find the device; Even pressing the "wake up" button does not fix this error. It may have been less of a bug, but unfortunately the update process keeps failing. Originally bought to make it easier for younger children to get into the house. The problems they have (like adults) make them avoid it. August if you are reading this I would like to work with you to find a solution. Many Thanks.
