A bar of this soap sits on my bathroom counter as hand and shower soap that I use every day. I've been using this soap for six weeks now. I bought this because I had red, swollen, itchy (eczema) patches on my hands and face. After about two weeks of daily use, the spots were gone. As for the smell, I like it. When used, it seems very strong, but the "needle" smell disappears very quickly. My skin looks better than it has in years (I'm in my 40's). Several people asked what kind of soap I use and wanted to order it themselves.
