Review on StaffWerks by Marc Gallner

I like that it is easy enough for people who don't have any technical experience but still want to use an applicant tracking system, or those who do not know how to code themselves. It's very intuitive and has some great features. It can be hard at times figuring out what you need to change in order to make your pages look more professional/professional looking. If you are just starting off with hiring new employees this would work well because it makes things so much easier than having to ask them all of these questions by hand each time. This helps me keep track of my applicants' applications and where they stand in the process without wasting too many resources doing paperwork.
