My wife bought me a Yeti mug (which I love) but it doesn't fit in any of my cup holders. My buddy uses a sticky mat for his phone in his car and since I have a really flat dash I bought these just in case they stick. Works perfectly! Circular movements, sharp turns at high speed, does not budge at all. It sticks better to a mug than the dash, so if I take it out for a drink the pad goes with it, but I just pop it back in - all while driving. I wash it off every few days and it's sticky like when I took it out of the box. Leaves no residue but has a very slight odor (not bad, just a "chemical smell") when left in the sun. If I had to replace it I would buy it again.
