WARNING IMAGE - to save 0.0002 cents, plastic pins with steel bushings were used instead of solid steel pins. When I tried to remove the cables from one amp to connect to another amp, the plastic pin slipped out of the metal grommet and stayed in my amp's inputs. Now I have to take my amp to an audio repair shop for a small fee of $50 to remove the jacks from my amp or the $1200 amp will become unusable. Seller Note: NO, I DO NOT WANT A FREE REPLACEMENT KIT
