It was a sad story and I reluctantly returned it on credit. The motor and the cutter in it have TORQUE! It looks like a powerful device and I was very happy with it until it shut down after 8 days. There are electronic phototransistors that detect paper, and he decided to always detect. I would pop the lid right away if it weren't for the warranty case and I didn't want to break the seals. I called their tech support and they made several attempts to delete it but to no avail. I sent it back, everything worked fine except for the start-stop mechanism which broke on day 8. They didn't have anything else so I got a similar one from another company but I really liked this one.
