I bought this lens for my 5D2. The image quality isn't bad, but this lens has some drawbacks. First, the pitch and shear details aren't as rigorous. Second, the mount doesn't exactly match 5d2 - it also dangles a bit. Those two issues don't bother me that much. But the last problem is so annoying. When I use the shift function the 5d2 does not give a correct exposure reading which means I have to take a picture before using the shift function to set the shutter speed to get the correct exposure.
