This device works with every headset I've tried and has microphone monitoring and other great features. I don't have Turtle Beach headphones. Believe it or not, I could only find two places (both on YouTube) that said this. I made the mistake of buying a Microsoft stereo adapter first, but a headset, which I really like, makes the noise in the room almost inaudible, so I don't shout, but speak much more quietly. This little audio controller is worth the money. To update. I've had the original for 7 months now and it's still working. I recently bought another and another HyperX Cloud headset for my second XB1. I have no complaints yet. Both work perfectly with this headset.
