Packaging and product

The packaging was good. All the parts came, except for the plug for the drill, they came as expected. As for the connector for the drill, I need to buy a screw and make my own connector. It looks like a 5/8 inch coarse thread. The seal holder and the buffer heads can be attached very easily. Amazon or the seller send me the missing part? I don't know but it will definitely improve my rating
