I cook all my meals on Sundays and have enough for the whole week. I didn't find any groceries that I didn't want to store in these boxes. You name it, you can store it: soup, pizza, cakes, veggies, sandwiches, etc. etc. etc. I've found the best place to store prepared meals is at the bottom of the fridge. You can mix and match the compartments you want (soup doesn't usually need them) and if you buy rubber cupcake holders you can add more dividers in the compartments. Because the compartments are removable, it's easy to reheat hot food and keep cold food cold. The ONLY issue I had is the red sauce food. Spaghetti and buffalo wings stain plastic and are very difficult to remove. The workaround I found was to line the compartment with wax paper.
