Dissatisfied with the Poor Quality of LIFEFAIR's Offerings

I've been a satisfied customer of LIFEFAIR's online store for quite some time, however the current items I ordered were severely lacking in quality. While I have used them in the past to buy kitchenware, holiday decorations, and even Christmas trees, my most recent transaction with them left a lot to be desired. My Christmas tree did not look anything like the picture. It was tough to adorn because of the sparseness and irregular spacing of the branches. The holiday decorations I bought were poorly manufactured and didn't match the standard of excellence I'd come to expect from LIFEFAIR. In addition, the procedure for sending things back was a nightmare. The unprofessional and condescending attitude of the customer support employee made it difficult to return the items for a refund. This has soured me on shopping at LIFEFAIR's online store for the foreseeable future. If you're on the fence about making a purchase from them, I'd advise you to reconsider because the quality of their products is subpar and their customer service is terrible.

Pros
  • Solid back-up from the service team
Cons
  • inconsistent product photos and descriptions
