I really wanted to like them. I have severe pain in my legs and back due to sports injuries, so I decided to give it a try. I can't tell if they would have helped me in the long run as they lasted less than an hour before one of the bullets ripped off the handle and flew across the room! Before they broke, the impact felt good enough that I was hoping to stimulate deep tissue in some of my most painful areas. I called the manufacturer and after repeated attempts to reach them during office hours decided that I needed to contact them via email. I explained the problem and asked for warranty support but was told I would have to return the product through Revain. Revain is great but I had to return (no exchange possible) and in the meantime the price has gone up 1.49. Combine that with the fact that I originally bundled the order for free shipping and shipping is now costing me an additional $5.55. In other words, replacing a defective product costs me an additional $7.04 due to lack of support from the manufacturer. It's a 37 percent premium on what I originally paid for the item, which just isn't true; so I don't order.
