Knob for handheld piece won’t stay on but problem resolved
Edit: the company emailed me immediately after I posted my review. They sent me a new knob, and it works perfectly now! Apparently the first one was missing a piece. Problem solved and I LOVE my shower!The little knob that switches the handheld piece on and off will not stay on keeps falling off. Also installation was very difficult it may be a European design or something and not meant for plumbing fixtures in the USA
