I bought them in the summer of 2019. The capacity is large and they are great for light products. I bought these because I was back in school and needed to get some books to my apartment and back to campus and didn't want to ruin my back. I can fit 3 to 4 exercise books in each basket and 4 more in the top pocket, leaving room for a shirt or two. (That's a lot of space and a lot of weight! Pretty soon I started using them for my weekly weekend shopping and takeout. One drink in one of the baskets and the bag didn't leak appreciably, so the waterproofing works both ways (it was my fault, don't put spilled drinks in a basket, take a drink or a bottle cage for the bike) they were used almost every day (5-6 days a week) throughout the school year, after 1 year the only defect was that i got the bottom of a the bags had a small one i repaired with a black leather patch had the first real damage last week the zip on one of the baskets was mixed up the elements on one corner tape came off a little but enough that when i put the Use puller on this side, it came out, use puller on the opposite side and I'll gently close it.To me this isn't instant Violation of the deal usable for I don't use and leave anything on the bike after getting somewhere but I will eventually need to get a replacement as this will be a problem once the rainy season starts. If you've read this far, congratulations. This is a great purchase! with daily or light to moderate use it should last a long time, but with heavy AND daily use you may experience some issues after a while (like any product you use that often).
