The ability to manage our supply chain from order entry through dispatch, as well as managing all aspects of our business processes with one platform. It has been very easy to train staff in using this software which was not always the case when we used other systems previously. There are some features that could be improved such as being able to do more customising within the software itself but these improvements have come at an additional cost so it's something we've had to weigh up carefully. We now can see everything about each consignment from where they were picked to how many boxes there are left etc. This makes us much better prepared for any issues or problems which may arise during transport/shipping.
