I bought it out of desperation. I've tried everything including Wow ACV Shampoo/Conditioner to no avail. I think it's great that there are bottle pumps. My hair loves this product and it seems to have finally taken care of my flaky scalp without losing all my hair. But then, in the past few weeks, I've been developing growths around the hairline on my forehead. Well I asked my hairstylist and she told me it was shampoo extension. She scratched my hair with a pair of scissors, leaving white chalk on the blade. She said it was a classic buildup of wax filler or some other shampoo filler. So I'm not mad, just disappointed that this all-natural shampoo and conditioner has these cheap fillers in the formula—something I've had a hard time getting rid of. :(
