Where Ugly Service to Customers Fails (RUSFOL)

Unfortunately, I had to make a purchase at RUSFOL not too long ago, and I can tell you that it was not a nice experience. The website is like a maze that is meant to make you feel lost and frustrated. Finding the shooting equipment I needed felt like it required a computer science degree. The final straw, however, came when I placed my purchase and learned that one of the items was temporarily unavailable. Not just for a couple of days, either; supply issues have left them unavailable for weeks. It was as if they had arranged for a carrier pigeon to fly from Timbuktu with the object. It was like talking to a brick wall when I attempted to get in touch with customer service. Actually, I take that back; a concrete wall probably would have responded better. I thought I heard crickets singing as I waited for a response. The arrival of my purchase was reminiscent of a nightmare. The package had been dropped, was bruised, and was lacking an item. Who knows, maybe it was trying to avoid the terrible customer care. In conclusion, RUSFOL is the best option if you need hunting equipment and take pleasure in a game of cat and mouse with an internet retailer. But if you want to keep your cool and purchase without any hassle, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros
  • Prices are fair.
Cons
  • poor clientele care.
