Love this top! It definitely says "let's pppaarrrttyyy!" :) I normally wear a L or XL.always depends on the maker. Ordered XXL to make sure it would be comfy and with something under it for cold PA weather.it's a bit snug, but I'm wearing it anyway! It's so colorful!
