I feel that this is one of my first go-to software for managing web content in my organisation. The simplicity allows staff members, who normally don't have an understanding or knowledge of IT, to understand web governance concepts which is what's important here. I do think that some of the features are not as user friendly. I find creating workflows a little hard to use, it works fine but isn't as user friendly. It has been able to reduce our time to perform tasks considerably by making them less repetitive. Our business is better protected from cyber attackers by making sure that we implement standardisation across our website, especially within internal communication to ensure data consistency between our external facing and internal systems. Benefits include speed to completion of tasks, efficiency and overall organisation of websites and web projects. The best thing about little forest is its simplicity in implementation, it's easy for users with no technical knowledge at least so far as I know! There are some features which could make this software more user-friendly but they're working hard towards making their product even better than before :) It has helped us keep track over our website content quality by using metrics like bounce rate or time spent per page etc., we also use analytics service from Google (GA) through google tag manager - GTM).
