In less than a week one of the collars started to crack and fall apart

The collar started falling apart less than a week after delivery and less than 3 days of use. My dog is a very quiet older dog who is not rude at all and just falls apart. It's very pretty, but not meant to be used. Very disappointed

Pros

🌻Soft and comfortable. The fabric that makes up the entire collar, including the floral decoration above it, is very soft. This will greatly reduce the discomfort the dog experiences after wearing it and will reduce the dog's desire to break free. This is a good tool for the owner.
