Great remote, make sure you entered the correct model number
This wonderful remote control for my Samsung TV syncs automatically. I didn't even have to set it up, it was ready to use, just make sure you find the correct model number on the back of the remote. Remove the back where the batteries are installed and look at the model number. Make sure you dial the correct number for your TV. There are different types. I also recommend the light up cases are very good you can see it in the dark and they are good for kids, keep your remote safe
