Great platform & app that makes connecting easy

I love how easily you can go back to check previous searches, as well as apply or edit your search criteria after submitting it once! The ability to submit multiple jobs at one time really helped me out when working with more than 1 client in my position since we have different types and levels available but are all within our industry-specific website. It was also nice being able to see where everyone else got hired from their profile pages so no need to email them individually asking if they had any openings currently (which took forever). Sometimes there were other people who would get added onto one project's page without even applying/submitting themselves which made finding those positions difficult sometimes while searching through others' profiles. Also, having some sort of notification system built into each post would be helpful because if someone didn't realize until hours later about something posted by another recruiter then getting responses becomes very hard or impossible (especially now due to COVID) - just let us know ASAP!! We use careerboards mainly as a way to find specific local talent for projects. It has helped me connect with people who are looking to hire or have jobs open up! I like how it allows you not only apply but also connects through LinkedIn, Facebook etc so your profile looks professional as well when applying!! Sometimes there will be many applications from one person which can get annoying if they don't put their portfolio attached sometimes.. But overall great site/app. Have connected myself into local companies (and gotten hired) by just using this website alone!
