I was a little apprehensive about some of the negative reviews but decided to give this brand a try. At the moment they seem to last just as long, if not a little longer, than the Procell and DuraCell batteries we've used in the past. C batteries are used in the portable radio/cd player my wife uses every day and they last longer than previous brand batteries. Due to the negative reviews when I received the batteries, I unpacked and tested them all. them for leaks and found none. I also tested each of the twelve batteries with a battery tester that I have used for many years and ALL batteries showed a full charge. I will most likely be reordering this brand if we need C size batteries again.
