About two weeks ago my dog went missing. I really wanted a nice frame for her keepsake necklace so I bought this without reading the reviews. I cried when it was delivered but was glad I had something to keep her collar as a keepsake. I was very upset when I realized how terrible the quality of this product was. The frame was hit at the back, pieces of wood broke off. Collar mats were very cheap. The collar holes were very small - only a cat collar or a REALLY small dog collar would fit. Even with cutting the holes to a better size for my girl's collar, the frame itself was so flat that I couldn't even close the frame properly because there wasn't room. Although the collar was properly seated in the frame, the glass and back of the frame were not secured. It rattled and both parts slipped back and forth. I was so upset that I contacted Revain for a refund. Of course, this is NOT a universal product. You should offer frames/pads of different sizes for different collar sizes. The customer must not make any changes to the product to make it fit its purpose. And I don't feel that the image quality is acceptable.
