Very satisfied with this equipment. I did a lot of research and almost bought another brand with 3 motors that’s more than double the price. Set up was very easy. It came with a manual (they could use spell check before printing the manual). I do need to say that the remote stopped working after 2 days because the battery went dead so quickly. I’m assuming the battery was just old. We replaced it with a new battery and no problems now. Please note that for future users who has some balance issues, there are some settings that will challenge your balance which is really a very good thing but for safety purposes, make sure that you have it set up where you have something to hold on to in case you get off balanced. I have not tried all the settings yet but so far I’ve been happy with the pre set programs.
