***Look for an update at the end** Oh yeah. I like to read. A lot of. I have an Angry Bird pillow that I prop my Kindle HDX up on when I read. Well, with a magnetic cover on the tablet, it kept snapping and falling off! Or just keep shifting and sliding. I needed a good tablet stand. After a thorough search I bought this Lap Pro. Perfect. Not only does it have a secure tablet slot, but also a 2-way zip compartment inside. The tablet is placed there, along with the charger and cable. If you're going on a long journey, pack it up, grab it by the convenient handle, and hit the road. It is also ideal as a neck pillow in the car. I've seen some negative reviews on this thing and just can't figure out why!? This is really a great article. No bulky plastic racks or complicated parts. In fact, it's simple, convenient (and very adequate in terms of features), which is why I like it so much. Very convenient. Very smart design. *** UPDATE OCTOBER 1st *** I'm not trying to be a know-it-all or anything, but I read where someone said their tablet was sitting too deep in the pillow groove? Well I found that the groove is shallower on the other side. For a fully recumbent position, this side is best for lying down. The deeper groove in the front is best for sitting, on a table or on your lap. I hope this helps someone.
