This monitor is excellent. First, there was a small issue when we plugged the cables into the wrong USB-C ports. Make sure the power is connected and the data is connected to the data. Otherwise, you'll get a blank screen and think it's buggy. After we figured it out, it started. The touchscreen is super responsive, the graphics are excellent and the size is amazing. The only thing I like about this product is that it bounces around a bit in the back without a kickstand to support it. Getting a stand can help solve this problem. Don't look at other monitors, this is the one you can get and so many I've ordered a second one! I tip my hat to INNOCN for a great value, super quality product. So many features, it's really amazing. Now my daughter can multitask during her Zoom class and use the portable monitor for whatever she wants to use it for. By the way, she has a 2029 MacBook Air with an M1 chip, and it works perfectly. The MacBook recognizes the monitor immediately and allows you to position it as a primary or secondary monitor at will.
