PROS:- Comes and works decently well- Good image quality for the price.- For my applications, I prefer the flexible probe over the rigid probe version cameras; I think that it can cover a wider range of applications.- The probe flexibility also happens to be just right for what I need: bends easily to take a curve, but it has some elastic stiffness to straighten itself back in place.CONS:- The probe useful length is not 40" long as stated on product page; it is actually 5" short (only 35" including the camera length, but excluding the probe connector which is large and must stay outside the inspection area). For my intended applications, the length is just OK. It would have been better if it actually were 40" long, as advertised, and I could even use a longer probe if it were available (stop joking around, not funny!).- The included USB-A to USB-C adapter didn't work, which is not that big of a deal because you can get one for $5-$10, but it's the inconvenience. Also, you might not suspect that first since it's a simple adapter, so it' would waste you precious time not knowing what is actually wrong (is it the camera, is it the app, is it phone settings, etc).- The USB cable quality is also OK, seems protective, although I would pay a few more bucks if necessary if it came with a more flexible cable to minimize the stress on the mobile device's USB connection. I should be focusing on the inspection job instead of trying to hold that connection steady without interruptions, or making sure I'm not going to break the USB connector.- Installing the suggested app "USB Camera" adds more wasted time to the USB adapter thing. It does have a variety of settings and features, but UI is not so good. Worst of all it's the ads covering a portion of the screen, which becomes significant in landscape mode. That made me uninstall and instead use the alternate app called "Endoscope Camera". Much simpler, and automatically comes up showing the image as soon as I plug in the camera. After all, that's really all that I need it to do. No prompts, settings, questions. it just runs and I think it also takes photos or records video if needed, but I didn't need to try it yet.Bottom line, the fact that the image is fairly decent and the camera probe flexibility is perfect for what I need, I am happy with the price I paid for it.
