I got this bike for my 5 year old son as a Christmas present. He's growing up and outgrowing his little bike, so I'm going to buy him this bike with 16-inch wheels. I love it when he comes with a bell and a basket so he can put his helmet in the basket. He also comes with training wheels as he needs more practice to take those training wheels off. I asked my son before making this purchase and he went for the blue one. I think it's worse when they buy something he doesn't like and ask him to use it. Right after my husband assembled it, my kid was itching to ride his new bike. The bike is solid and the paint quality is good. When I buy something for my child, I always make sure that safety comes first. I want my son to ride a reliable quality bike and so far this bike has met my needs.
