These brackets are sturdy - strong enough to hold my Vizio soundbar, but a small flaw in the manufacturing process caused problems. The brackets have a strong adhesive that the soundbar attaches to. Make sure you get it right the first time. Then the bracket is placed on the sleeve, which is screwed into the wall. Nice concept as you can remove the soundbar and bracket as one unit to access the wiring. The problem for me was that one of the brackets didn't have a large enough slot to fit the grommet. I had to nail the bracket to the grommet, which worked, but now I can't remove the soundbar without ripping the entire unit out of the wall and forcing myself to work.
