This eye makeup remover has been my favorite for a long time! I usually only use it to remove lines and mascara residue, but for those purposes, a cotton swab works great! It doesn't burn or irritate my eyes or skin. I will still give it 5 stars for price, performance and everything BUT I have one note. They changed the lid and I am very disappointed. The spout used to be smaller, it was the PERFECT size to plug the hole with a cotton swab and turn it upside down to wet the swab. Now it's really big, maybe it's better to put it on a cotton swab or pad, but now I have to dip the cotton swab and it gets too wet. I will still use it and will continue to buy it, but if I happen to catch it with an old cap I will save it to reuse for new bottles!
