Terrible Tech Support

You cannot access the setup page with this device. I can connect to the router. When I type "admin" to login, it adds characters to the login field and I do nothing but press "Enter". Then there is an error message because the password is wrong. I have never experienced such behavior. I tried this on three different computers with three different browsers and got the same annoying behavior. Wavlink does not offer a tech support phone line or live chat. They instructed me to email them. I did this and received no reply.
