Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!
The headphones are sensitive enough that listening at volumes above 2/3 on my Sony NWZ-E444 begins to cause head pain (=), yet the sound quality remains unimpaired even at such levels. I agree with the many reviewers who gush about the headphones' deep bass; in fact, I wish there were more headphones like these. Despite this, it's highly unlikely with this design. Excellent headphones that suffer from a few nitpicks here and there but make up for it with superb audio quality.
- Incredible depth of tone! Excellent work on the bass. It's a wonderful midrange sound. The audio is crisp and robust. Easy on the signal input. Although little, the quality is impressive. Even though they're 25 years old, the design of these headphones is intriguing.
- Slight drop in intensity. Lack of silence (not even a minibus's stereo can help) Used a rimmed pin to occasionally squeeze hair. The rim is always off, so I have to readjust them every time I put them on. When it's chilly, the cord's reliability drops and so do your ears.
