The product arrived quickly and well packaged. It came with all the components in the description. I took it with me to connect to my Macbook Air 2020 as I work remotely and needed something that could increase my productivity while traveling. The monitor is very light and comes with a protective cover. It slides off a bit easily, so be careful when the end where it slides out of the case is pointing down. I was a little concerned that I might have to return this because I saw Macbook Air 2019 on the compatibility list but not my year. However, it was very easy to set up. I connected the monitor to my laptop using a Type-C cable and it powered on and connected without any problems. All I had to do was go into the display settings and choose whether I wanted to mirror or extend. The image on the monitor is very clear, good resolution. I only used it for about an hour but I didn't have any hiccups. In general I am satisfied with the purchase as I got exactly what I needed.
