Everything was in the package except for the wrench to tighten the hose. After filling the nozzle and hand tightening, I loaded the cylinder with the cartridge and it ran all over the counter until I found a couple of matching channel locks. At the same time, I marked the whistle, and it's not that nice anymore. Another downside I've found with other sellers is that they detect pipe leaks and provide a plug to keep them tight. Obviously a problem if you put it in the fridge overnight not knowing it has a little leak like mine. Other providers offer a similar plug kit. I have nothing against the seller in my version of the product. The instructions were not in my package so it may have been mentioned in my missing instructions. After doing more research, I see that other sellers have resolved the issues I was experiencing so that the same issues no longer arise.
