Review on 🎧 Microsoft Noise-Canceling Headphones with Microphone by Timothy Louis

I took the opportunity to purchase these "used - like new" and only arrived a few minutes ago. Super came out to open and use once I finally got it on and connected to my phone. Then the hissing started. Whenever I turn on ANC, there is a hissing noise in the left earbud. Turn off ANC and it magically disappears. I've tried reconnecting it to my phone and turning it off and on multiple times. Bad luck. I'll edit if I can get them working properly / get a refund or replacement, but until then I'm stuck with a seriously faulty unit. Which is a shame because I was really excited to use them for the first time. So much for "tested for full functionality" or something. Take your well-earned money and don't spend it here. EDIT: After I sent it back for a refund, the seller immediately sent it back. So I'm increasing my star rating to 3 because of the outstanding customer service.
