It would be nice if I could get a replacement that isn't broken
Pros: Works the same as the chiropractic instruments they use. Can be adjusted for strength. Cons: I haven't really used it, but it didn't last long. Began to catch on descent and got stuck. I've tried cleaning it with WD-40 and revitalizing it a bit and now it's super tight and won't go back down. Also, the knob that adjusts the power tends to move as you use it, and you often have to tighten it.
