I have a NexGrill which I got last year and one thing struck me that I really needed a way to store and organize my grilling tools. For a while, tools simply piled up on the grill floor, but dirt and dust kept collecting on the inner floors of the grill. I found them while looking for options and trying them out. I love that I'm not limited by the size of a typical grill utensil rack and can place it on the grill as needed. They did wonders to organize the BBQ. The magnets were strong enough to hold about two tools per hook (including the weight of the tools, of course) and the hooks were on a metal-framed slatted door, which is also a plus for their capabilities. On thick iron or on a hard metal surface, the hooks would last longer. Hooks hold well in wall and ceiling positions. The hooks also came with thin pads to prevent the magnets from scratching surfaces. I had a problem: two of the 5 hooks didn't seem to be properly magnetized (this problem was quickly fixed). I checked the other hooks on the fridge to make sure it wasn't a surface issue and 3 of the hooks were holding 2 or more tools on the fridge. Two magnets couldn't hold a tool. I contacted the company through the Amazon email service and was EXTREMELY pleased with the response time. I received a response within a few hours of sending the letter. For each answered email, the seller responded within 1-3 hours (during business hours). The replies were polite and understanding. They sent me a new hook box and got a replacement two days later. This time all the hooks have been tested and I am very happy with their service.
