The UI is intuitive for new users as well old ones alike! I like how it's easy enough that even my dad can use without any training whatsoever (he has no formal computer science education). It also makes sense from an engineering standpoint - you're basically solving math problems in real time with very little setup or overhead. Sometimes there are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too serious, they tend to be pretty quick about addressing them if reported appropriately. This software helps us solve our material requirements planning problem by providing accurate demand forecasts for our customers so we know what products will come into stock at each of their warehouses when needed most. We were able to do this using historical supply/demand information which was previously difficult due to lack of reliable sources. Also helped improve customer service since now our team members don't have to chase down.
