The customer service is excellent! They are responsive with all requests for support or questions about their products. Their product has helped us at our facility make many improvements in efficiency without increasing cost of production by any significant amount (we were looking specifically for ways that we could improve energy usage). The ability for us to find trends in our business that we could not identify before is very valuable! We have been able to see patterns of activity/inactivity within our customer base which has helped drive new product development as well as provide greater visibility into areas where additional support may be required from our sales team. There are some minor features I would like improved upon such as more robust reporting capabilities but overall it's an excellent tool with great potential.

The UI is intuitive for new users as well old ones alike! I like how it's easy enough that even my dad can use without any training whatsoever (he has no formal computer science education). It also makes sense from an engineering standpoint - you're basically solving math problems in real time with very little setup or overhead. Sometimes there are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too serious, they tend to be pretty quick about addressing them if reported appropriately. This software…
