The ability for us to find trends in our business that we could not identify before is very valuable! We have been able to see patterns of activity/inactivity within our customer base which has helped drive new product development as well as provide greater visibility into areas where additional support may be required from our sales team.

There are some minor features I would like improved upon such as more robust reporting capabilities but overall it's an excellent tool with great potential. Please use this software if you need insights about your customers' activities across multiple channels - they can't do better than what citrine provides them! Our objective was to build predictive models to understand consumer behaviour at different stages of their journey through each channel (eCommerce website / mobile app & social media) by using historical transactional data. This enabled us to create customised content targeting specific consumers who were likely to convert.
