Review on Citrine Informatics by Tom Goodlow

The customer service is excellent! They are responsive with all requests for support or questions about their products. Their product has helped us at our facility make many improvements in efficiency without increasing cost of production by any significant amount (we were looking specifically for ways that we could improve energy usage). With only one year under its belt there really isn't much I would say dislikes as this software continues it's rapid rollout around my plant. We have seen an improvement from 20% reduction down to less than 1%. This was not done through cutting costs but rather improving efficiencies within existing systems which had been running poorly due to overuse of equipment/people.
