These felt pads seem to work well.
I've tried felt chair pads with nails, but the felt wears out quickly and the plastic tabs start rubbing against the tiled floor. After a long search I decided on these pads because of the great reviews. I did not remove the plastic felt pads but attached these pads to the underside of the chair. They sit a little higher than usual but I know the felt will shrink over time. They are holding up very well and at a reasonable price I won't feel bad about having them replaced in a few months. I would definitely recommend these pads!
