Took a few months, then gave up.
Worked well - actually you could even say too well, because you have to switch it off after a few minutes or the coffee gets too hot to drink - but one day that's how it is. stopped cooling. (Got it? Yes, the coffee was cold.) The fuse is still good, the cable still has an indicator and good continuity, but the internal coil seems to have tripped. It was never left on or blank. Also annoying is that the lid is very loose on the mug, so knocking it over will definitely spill it.
