As received, this hat or waistcoat pin is glossy black with no glare. So it was boring at first. It just looked like a black block on my hat. It only took me 3 minutes and a small piece of sandpaper to turn this into an interesting, well-used camera. I have aged it to my satisfaction and am pleased with the result. Looks like an experienced street photographer's camera. I hope my "after" photo is ok to show the look. The pin came in a small decorative, inexpensive but useful gift box.
